Teambuilding activities 2025, Dong Phuong Furniture collective had a memorable journey in Mui Ne – Phan Thiet with the Teambuilding program “Brilliant Summer” lasting 3 days 2 nights. Not only was it a vacation trip at Lotus Mui Ne Resort & Spa , the trip was also an opportunity for members to participate in bonding activities, explore local culture such as Po Sah Inư Cham tower , Ong Hoang temple , Ong Dia stone beach and especially a series of exciting teambuilding games on the beach . The journey not only helped to recharge energy, but also strengthened the spirit of solidarity – the core factor that creates sustainable success for the business.

 

I. Summer Kick-off – A Journey of Connection in Mui Ne

When the brilliant sunlight of summer penetrates each coconut tree and the cool sea breeze begins to call, it is also the time when the big Dong Phuong Furniture family starts the journey “TeamBuilding 2025 – Brilliant Summer” in the sea paradise of Mui Ne – Phan Thiet . The 3-day, 2-night trip is a great opportunity for each member to relax, explore and most importantly, strengthen team spirit .

1. Po Sah Inư Cham Tower – Imprint of Champa culture

One of the destinations not to be missed on this journey is the Po Sah Inư Cham Tower – a prominent historical relic of the ancient Cham Kingdom. Here, members can learn about the art of architecture, the worship of Shiva and the sophistication in every detail carved on baked bricks from the 8th century.

2. Ong Hoang Tower – Associated with the legend of Han Mac Tu

Located near Po Sah Inư Tower, Ong Hoang Tower is where the imprints of the talented and ill-fated poet Han Mac Tu are kept. The sad love story between the poet and Mong Cam is told like a profound love song that moves everyone.

When night fell, the whole group put on their neat outfits and entered the sparklingly decorated Gala Dinner space.

V. Values received after the 2025 Teambuilding journey

After the trip, many members shared that they felt more connected , understood each other better and could support each other better at work. Names that they only knew through email have now become close friends in the gaming team, distant colleagues have now become close partners.
