CNC TURNING PROJECT
Over the years, CNC machining projects in cooperation with Dong Phuong Furniture have always achieved high customer satisfaction thanks to fast production speed, outstanding accuracy and the ability to meet large quantities. WORK PROCESS
STEP 1: Receive Request & Drawings
Customers send processing requests with detailed technical drawings (CAD, PDF files, or hand-drawn drawings with full dimensions) or live samples . We only accept CNC processing on request — do not provide raw materials .
STEP 2: Consulting and Quotation
Based on drawings, quantities and technical requirements, the technical team will advise on optimal solutions and provide detailed quotes .
STEP 3: Signing the Contract
The two parties agree on the terms, quantity, production schedule and sign the CNC machining contract.
STEP 4: Sign Sample and Start Production
We process samples for customer approval. Once the sample is approved, mass production will be deployed on modern CNC lathe systems.
STEP 5: Checking and Packing
Finished products are checked for size and shape according to drawings before being packaged and delivered .
Note: We do not perform cooling, sanding, painting or surface finishing steps – customers will handle them themselves after receiving the goods.
